RETURNS POLICY
Your satisfaction is paramount to Wild Heart Swimwear. We hope that your order fits perfectly. Please do refer to the size guide to ensure the best fit before ordering. Should you be unsatisfied with your purchase, Wild Heart Swimwear offers a 14-day exchange policy as standard on all unwanted items. Any faulty items will be replaced or refunded at the discretion of Wild Heart Swimwear. 

How do I return an item?

Simply email hello@wildheartswimwear.com, including your name and order number. Once your return is authorised, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a return address via email.

We are unable to offer free post returns therefore it is the customer's responsibility to pay for the return. Please ensure your items are securely wrapped and the exchange form which will be attached to the email is enclosed. When sending the parcel back, please make sure you obtain proof of postage. We aim to action your return within 5 working days from receipt of your returned parcel to process your exchange. 

What items are returnable?

All Wild Heart swimwear products are available to exchange when purchased in the past 14 days (starting at the date of purchase). All full-priced items in new condition are eligible for an exchange. All items must be undamaged, unworn, unwashed with tags attached and in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, without a hygiene liner, we cannot accept your return and exchange of the item. 

What happens if the size I wish to exchange is out of stock?

Should we not be able to fill your order within a reasonable time frame (7-10 working days) due to product availability, Wild Heart Swimwear will offer either a gift voucher for the value of your order or offer a refund. 

What happens if your return is rejected by our returns team?

Any items received that are not in original condition, or in our packaging with the hygiene liner intact and tags attached or have stains/soiling will be immediately sent back to you from our returns HQ. We are unable to issue gift vouchers on these items for sanitary reasons. Shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

FAULTY ITEMS
Wild Heart Swimwear quality control every item sent from our HQ to you (the customer). Your order is handpicked and hand-packed in a clean and safe environment. Should you receive a faulty item from Wild Heart Swimwear, or should an item become faulty over a period of time, then please email us at hello@wildheartswimwear.com and we can look to replace or refund the item. 

Please note: Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Items that are damaged due to normal wear and tear are not considered a fault. If an item becomes faulty after a period of time, then please contact Wild Heart Swimwear before returning it. 

Refunds for faulty items will be paid back to the original payment method within 7 days.

*Please note that COVID-19 and Brexit are causing delays with postage timeframes that are sadly out of our control, so there may be longer delivery timeframes than usual. We are doing everything we can to get everyone's parcels to them as soon as we can, thanks for your patience and support of our small business.
