Shipping policy
Due to Covid-19, some international deliveries are taking much longer than the standard 10 days. Although we do our utmost to ensure all swimwear orders are packed and shipped within 48 hours, after we have posted (using an International tracked service) we are unable to influence the speed at which the parcel reaches the country, customs, or courier. COVID-19 and Brexit are causing delays with postage timeframes that are sadly out of our control, so there may be longer delivery timeframes than usual. We are doing everything we can to get everyone's parcels to them as soon as we can, thanks for your patience and support of our small business.
Thank you for ordering with Wild Heart Swimwear. Here is some information about how and when you will receive your order and our postage and packaging process.
After you have completed your order with Wild Heart Swimwear, you will receive a notification via email (and SMS) informing you Wild Heart Swimwear has received your order. When an item is ready to ship, a dispatch notice will be confirmed again to that email.
Wild Heart Swimwear aims to get your order dispatched as soon as we can, usually within 48 hours.
Postage Charges: All orders will incur a basic shipping charge which is included in the RRP of the product for UK Mainland Delivery (Standard). Standard shipping should expect to take 2-3 days. Express shipping is available for an additional charge of £5.99. We post in our branded Wild Heart Swimwear boxes, sealed with a Wild Heart stamp of approval. We charge £13.95 to post to mainland Europe & £20.00 for International shipping.
Should you need your order ASAP, we can offer a next-day delivery however orders must be placed before 2 pm. The next-day delivery service is for the next working day, this does not include Saturday or Sunday delivery.
Delivery Locations: Wild Heart Swimwear can deliver to the UK, mainland Europe and the rest of the world.
How long will my order take? Wild Heart Swimwear aims to have your swimwear delivered to you within 3-5 working days from the time of order (for the UK and Europe) and 8-10 working days for International delivery. We are unable to re-direct your order once it has left our HQ.
For all of our international clients - we appreciate that items can be subject to tax and duties. Unfortunately, Wild Heart does not have any insight into these charges so cannot advise before shipping. Should you need clarity before ordering, please contact your local customs office who can advise.
How can I track my order? After your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which includes tracking details. Simply click on the link provided to track your order.
Can I change my order? If you need to change your order, please contact us immediately or hello@wildheartswimwear.com. Wild Heart Swimwear process orders quickly with only an exclusive number of items, therefore once we have processed your order we will be unable to make changes. Once orders have been confirmed in our system they are unable to be canceled. All P&P charges are non-refundable when an order cancellation occurs after your swimwear has been shipped.
My parcel is taking longer than the estimated delivery time, what should I do? At times, delays can occur due to outside Wild Heart Swimwear's control, which we are not responsible for or able to impact. If you have a delayed parcel please check the tracking service provided on your shipping information as they will have the most up-to-date information.
